1. Wash, Dry & Fold (Service Washes)

Wash & Fold is priced per 6kg load:

0–6kg = 1 load, 6–12kg = 2 loads, and so on.

Mixed loads requiring separation (e.g., lights and darks) will be charged as multiple loads, even if they weigh under 6kg.

Bulky items that are too large for a 6kg machine may be charged as two separate loads.

Non-tumble dry, hand-wash-only, feather-filled, or delicate items are not permitted in the Wash & Fold service.
2. Curtain Cleaning

Curtains are cleaned at the owner’s risk and subject to the following:

5. Pest Eradication Cleaning (Bedbugs/Moths)

This is a bulk cleaning service for heavily affected garments.

A surcharge applies due to additional handling and disinfection.

6. Customer Instructions

Clear instructions must be provided, including name, contact details, item type, service requested, and any specific requirements.

In the absence of instructions, garments will be processed according to the care labels and our professional judgment.
7. Payment Terms

Orders must be paid in full before delivery, unless payment is made by cash on delivery.

First-time card payments must be made by phone during office hours.
-
Regular customers may set up secure card accounts for seamless billing.

BACS and cheque payments are available to selected business accounts only.
-
Overdue accounts may incur interest and loss of discounts.
8. Estimates & Quotes

Estimates are indicative and given before items are inspected in our facility.

Quotes are confirmed prices issued after in-house inspection and are only provided upon request. Otherwise, cleaning proceeds per our standard price list.
9. Stain Removal
-
While we use the most advanced techniques, stain removal is not guaranteed.
-
Items will be re-cleaned once, free of charge, upon request; however, the original charges remain.
10. Trims & Accessories
-
We are not liable for damage to trim elements, such as buttons, buckles, zippers, badges, or sequins.
-
These components may be affected by cleaning and pressing due to manufacturer defects or wear and tear.
11. Missed Deliveries
-
Delivery may be delayed due to re-cleaning, drying time, or machinery issues.
-
If a return date is critical, please state this at the time of collection.
-
Failed deliveries due to customer absence may incur a re-delivery charge.
12. Minimum Order Values
-
Central London: £50 minimum
-
Outer London: £100 minimum
-
Minimums may be adjusted based on distance, parking, and access conditions.
13. Delivery Confirmation & Liability
-
Customers must sign the driver’s manifest to confirm collections and deliveries.
-
Claims for missing items will not be accepted without signed proof of loss.
-
Unattended collections and deliveries are at the customer’s own risk.
14. Care Labels
-
Garments are cleaned strictly according to the care label, unless instructed otherwise in writing.
-
Items cleaned in a manner contrary to the label instructions are processed at the customer’s risk.
15. Unclaimed Items
-
Items uncollected for over 2 months will be donated to charity.
16. Compensation & Liability
-
Claims for damage or loss must be made within 48 hours of delivery or collection.
-
Limits of compensation:
-
Standard cleaning: Up to 25 times the cleaning charge per item
-
Specialist items: Up to £400 per item
-
Wash & Fold: Up to £80 per 6kg load
-
-
Compensation is based on fair wear and tear, age, and condition (per TSA/ABI guidelines).
-
Lost item claims are typically resolved within 4 weeks.
-
Consequential loss is not covered (e.g., the need to purchase a replacement suit for an urgent event).
