First time trying London Dry Cleaning, based on the reviews. Booked for a collection on Saturday August 3 from 8-10pm.... Received a text at 8pm Saturday asking if they could instead pick up on Sunday August 4 from 8-10pm. I agreed. On Sunday, August 4, 8pm and I received a call asking if they could skip another day to collect the items for cleaning. Two cancellations for a first time customer. How disappointing.read more

Would it be possible to ensure your vans load/unload on Lyncroft Gardens or Parsifal Road rather than obstructing the... red route / bus lane? The red route is active 7am-7pm (Mon-Sat) so LM17OVB shouldn't have been blocking the road at 1pm on a Monday (22/07/2024). Why not just get a clothes rail on wheels, load up the thing on Lyncroft/Parsifal and do the trip in one go? Ultimately there are options here, obstructing the bus lane / red route and causing a hazard isn't the answer. It's just anti-social, inconsiderate and dangerous, forcing anyone travelling down the bus lane into faster moving live lanes. Not to mention terrible advertising.read more

Had an order that got mixed up with a separate dry cleaner and I asked them to hold my items. Including the one I had... dropped off with them. They were unable to do so.Update after owner's reply:London Dry Cleaning Company was unable to return the item I had given them to dry clean. I had initially visited London Dry Cleaning because they had wonderful reviews. However, after learning that Abbey Dry Cleaners had more competitive pricing I decided to drop my leather items off at Abbey Dry Cleaners. London Dry Cleaning, Abbey Dry Cleaners, and I were in constant communication via WhatsApp regarding the mix-up. However, when I returned to London Dry Cleaning to pick up the order that I had paid them to fulfill, they had already sent the item away.read more

I have been using this company for a few months now for my husbands shirts and I’m extremely happy with the service.... They are the most helpful, flexible, friendly company and provide a very personal service for a very reasonable price. Shirts are collected and dropped at my home at convenient times for me and there hasn’t been a single complaint from by husband over how the shirts are cleaned and he is very fussy!! These guys are amazing. I had a suit where someone spilled a whole glass of red wine down my dinner suit. I was furious... but the lovely guys at London Dry Cleaners did an amazing job with a magic wand and hey presto it was a new suit. Not happy with the service at all! Took them 8days to shorten hem of my trousers that I desperately needed for Friday.... I called before dropping them off and was ensured that they will be done in time. I visit them 3 times 3 different days to find out that the trousers are not ready! I wasn’t even informed on the phone to save me the trip. I was promised they’ll be delivered at 10pm on Thursday which turned out they had a wrong address but never bothered to call and inform me!After all they admitted the trousers been damaged! I don’t understand why you lied to your customer so many times instead of admitting your mistake! Sorry to say but they’re very incompetent at the job they do and cannot be trusted!
