I have been using this company for a few months now for my husbands shirts and I’m extremely happy with the service. They are the most helpful, flexible, friendly company and provide a very personal service for a very reasonable price. Shirts are collected and dropped at my home at convenient times for me and there hasn’t been a single complaint from by husband over how the shirts are cleaned and he is very fussy!! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends for a regular door to door dry cleaning service.

These guys are amazing. I had a suit where someone spilled a whole glass of red wine down my dinner suit. I was furious but the lovely guys at London Dry Cleaners did an amazing job with a magic wand and hey presto it was a new suit. I’d recommend them to anyone, they even collect and deliver!!!Super service!!Worth the trip from Barnet to find them, and they delivered it back, no extra charge. Well done guys!!!Thanks Gordon👍👍

Not happy with the service at all! Took them 8days to shorten hem of my trousers that I desperately needed for Friday. I called before dropping them off and was ensured that they will be done in time. I visit them 3 times 3 different days to find out that the trousers are not ready! I wasn’t even informed on the phone to save me the trip. I was promised they’ll be delivered at 10pm on Thursday which turned out they had a wrong address but never bothered to call and inform me!After all they admitted the trousers been damaged! I don’t understand why you lied to your customer so many times instead of admitting your mistake! Sorry to say but they’re very incompetent at the job they do and cannot be trusted! I would have given 0 star if I could!

After trying many dry cleaners, and getting depressed by their quality, I was suggested to try this company by a friend. I found their service top notch. Their pick-up and delivery service are really good, so I don't have to worry about terrafic and parking space. The staff were also warm and welcoming. I hope I don't ever have to change my dry cleaners.
